MOBILE MARKET

THIS WEEK'S MENU

Because the items we choose are hyper seasonal and from small farms, there are usually some surprises.

This week, we have a special treat. Murray's Cheese will take over the Mobile Market on Thursday, August 13th. You can expect:

Hudson Flower Mini, From Murray's Cavemaster (MC8838): Murray’s riff on Corsican classic, Fleur du Maquis. Young wheels of decadent sheep's milk cheese from nearby Old Chatham get a fresh fall coat in a secret blend of rosemary, lemon thyme, marjoram, elderberries and hop flowers.

Project X, From Murray's Cavemaster (MC3951): A collaboration with Spring Brook farm in Vermont, this raw cow’s milk tomme takes its inspiration from the rugged mountain cheeses of Italy. Murray’s coats these wheels with a generous helping of herbaceous fennel pollen, followed by repeated bathing in Gewurztraminer from New York’s Finger Lakes.

The Other Stephen, From Murray's Cavemaster (MC8858): These heavenly little discs are 75% butterfat, with a decadent flavor profile that hits on notes of fresh cream and butter-soaked mushrooms. The wheels are bathed in Tall, Dark & Handsome, an American black ale from Other Half Brewing in Brooklyn.
