  • Your approximate location based on your device IP address, and more precise location data about Baldor drivers who use our Driver App;
  • Information about products you purchase, consider, or inquire about;
  • Any Personal Information that you provide in the contents of your communications with us;
  • Audiovisual information, including phone call recordings, security camera footage, and videoconferencing information;
  • Applicant information, such as your skills; qualifications; work experience; references; recommendations; and other information included in application materials; and information relating to professional licenses, training, disciplinary actions, professional certifications, and membership in professional organizations; and
  • Employee information, such as your citizenship and immigration status, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or other financial information, Taxpayer Identification Number, Social Security number, state ID card number, medical information, biometric information, or health insurance information.

Certain information, such as your IP address, device identifier, browser type, operating system and information about your use of the Service may be collected automatically using tracking technologies when you navigate our website.

We may also obtain Personal Information about you from others—for example, if you interact with us as a customer or supplier, we may obtain your contact information from your employer.

Some of the technologies used on our website allow us and our service providers to monitor and analyze how visitors use our website in order to better understand user behavior and improve our Service. The Service is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect the Personal Information of children through the Service.

You may at any time request to be removed from a promotional email list by clicking the unsubscribe link contained within the message, clicking on the Manage Subscription Preferences button in the footer of our website, or adjusting your settings under My Profile after logging into our website.
