Delivery Delays: Due to poor road conditions as our regions continue to dig out from the blizzard, expect deliveries to be delayed today, Tuesday 2/24. Our drivers are on the road and working hard to get your orders to you. We appreciate your patience as our team navigates safely.

As we want to avoid putting our drivers at unnecessary risk for deliveries that cannot be completed, a $100 restocking fee will apply to any orders returned to us this week.

A Quick Safety Request: Please Clear a Path

As our drivers get back on the road, we kindly ask you to clear snow and ice from your delivery areas, loading docks, and walkways. Keeping these spaces accessible helps ensure the safety of our drivers and allows us to serve you efficiently. 

Excluding Nantucket, we plan to make deliveries to all customers and regions on Wednesday 2/25If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to your sales executive or our Customer Service team here with any questions. We will continue to update you if conditions change.
