French Superior Lavender buds are ground together with the coffee and the mixture is diluted with oil to create the exterior rub. It imparts notes of butterscotch and caramel to create a full-bodied cheese with a nutty flavor and smooth texture. 1st Place winner, American Cheese Society Awards 4 times between 2007 and 2011.
