Fusilli come from Campania region of Italy and belong to the short, straight cut family of pasta. This pasta is particularly good with meat and fish based sauces or with condiments made with ricotta. Fusilli are also perfect with vegetable sauces that are prepared with a tomato sauce spiked with peppers, eggplant, olives, and capers.
