Like spaghetti, cappelini is rod-shaped, in the form of long strands. Angel hair pasta (Capelli d'angelo) is usually thinner than Capellini, though both are very thin. Capellini is between 0.85 mm and 0.92 mm thick, while angel hair is between 0.78 and 0.88 mm thick. Usually served with delicate seafood sauces, with quick fresh tomato sauce, or with light vegetable sauces. Cook for 2 -3 minutes only.
