Pronounced “teh-pah-che. This ancient beverage, passed down through generations, features a fermented pineapple base and is full of flavor while low on calories and sugar. De La Calle's recipes are made with fresh organic ingredients as well as spices and aromatics found throughout Mexico, every flavor takes a modern twist to nostalgic combinations. Similar to kombucha (but smoother,) Tepache is naturally fermented and good for your gut. De La Calle’s Co-Founder, Rafael, crafts each Tepache recipe by drawing inspiration from his Abuela and childhood in Mexico. We promise you -- our Tepache is delicious and unlike anything else you’ve tasted.

Each recipe is developed by our Co-Founder, Rafael, who's family has been making Tepache for generations in his hometown just outside of Mexico City.
