About Mimi Cheng's

New York City’s lauded dumpling shops, Mimi Cheng’s, opened in 2014 by sisters Hannah and Marian Cheng to celebrate and to share their mom Mimi's fresh Taiwanese cooking. It quickly became the beloved dumpling destination for locals and visitors alike. The dumplings are wrapped just the way Mimi makes them with wholesome ingredients, fresh vegetables, sustainably-raised meat, and non-gmo artisanal flour.
 
Mimi Cheng's makes traditional and specialty flavors. The specialty flavors have spanned cultures and flavors like wagyu cheeseburger dumplings, chicken parm dumplings, cacio e pepe dumplings, french onion soup dumplings, and many more. The quality of the dumplings have caught the attention of some of the world's top chefs and iconic institutions, such as Chefs Daniel Humm, Missy Robbins, Dan Barber, Mark Iacono, Mason Hereford, Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo of Jon and Vinny's, Peter Luger Steakhouse, and many more, who have all partnered with Mimi Cheng's to create incredible dumpling collaborations.
