Our Blonde Morels are actually a mix of pale yellow, beige and honey-colored mushrooms harvested from Oregon forests. Their soft, light shading makes them exceptionally attractive but they are most prized for their moist, chewy, delicate texture and a rich, woodsy aroma and flavor. Available briefly in early spring, Blonde Morel Mushrooms are a unique and special treat. Simmer them into wine or cream-based sauces and use to dress pasta, rice, fish or meats.
