Also called Thai Coriander, or Pointed Cilantro,this herb has a similar flavor to cilantro but is much more pungent. Mainly used in Vietnamese, West Indian and Puerto Rican cooking. With its long, glossy leaves culantro is not at all lacey like regular cilantro, nor as citrusy. Use in salsas, sofrito, empanadas.
