In honor of the slow summer months, we’re sharing a cheat sheet of our favorite bargains. We tasked Baldor’s produce experts with identifying items that create value in a variety of ways.  Some of them are almost 100% yield and have shelf lives that will carry you through a dead weekend. Others are so kitchen ready that they should make your prep cooks nervous. All of them can be ordered up until 11pm after service, allowing you to bring in exactly the amounts you need.
