The Sakura Mix usually contains Affilla Cress, Borage Cress, Rock Chives Cress, Sakura Cress, Tahoon Cress, and Shiso Purple Cress. The Sakura Mix can change based on new Living Microgreens recently introduced. Each microgreens in Sakura Mix Cress has been selected for their unique characteristics, offering a balance of sweet, spicy, earthy, and umami flavors that complement and enhance a wide range of dishes.
