Compagnia Mercantile dʼOltremare (CMDO), was founded in 1979 by Lino Cutolo and his brothers Remo and Franco. Our factory is located in the foothills of Mt. Vesuvius in Agro Nocerino Sarnese, Italy, the same region as San Marzano tomatoes. From start to finish our products are handled with the upmost care. Ciao tomatoes are carefully selected and sorted in the fields and throughout processing to ensure only the best whole and mature tomatoes are canned.
