Champignon North America is the exclusive importer of Käserei Champignon specialty cheeses to the U.S. Käserei Champignon is a 115-year old cheese producer located in Bavaria, Germany.

 

All cheeses are made with cow’s milk sourced from alpine farms from the region where the tradition of dairy farming and the art of cheese-making has flourished for generations.

 

Cheese production there is based on a traditional method of cheese craftsmanship, but performed in highly modern plants, using 100% green electricity and milk from farms that are certified under the Unilever Sustainable Agriculture Code. Our master cheesemakers are also committed to using pure ingredients –no artificial ingredients, stabilizers, or preservatives. Käserei Champignon has been recognized yearly in international cheese contests for its award-winning cheeses.
