Campo Rosso Farm is a specialty vegetable farm in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The farm was started by Jessi Okamoto and Chris Field in 2014. From the beginning we have set out to grow unique varieties with a focus on flavor and quality. We specialize in growing culinary vegetables rarely found in America. We pride our farm on growing worldly specialty crops true to tradition with the attention to detail required to produce an excellent crop. A primary focus is to produce crops that exceed our customers' perception of what the flavor of a vegetable can be. We focus on mineralizing our soil to grow the most flavorful and healthy crops. The connection we have with our customers and knowing our contribution to them eating well is what drives our passion.
