Before achieving AOC status 95 years ago, Roquefort was often made with a mix of milks. 1924 Blue is a recreation of old school Roquefort, a mix of cow's and sheep's milk that's dense and smooth, with the flavor of sweetened condensed milk up front and a bacony, pepper finish that lingers a century back.
