From the beginning, we’ve strived to make these connections worthwhile by learning about what new items farmers are planting, and listening to what chefs are searching for, then bringing the two together. Row 7 Seed Company is another piece of the equation. Created over 10 years ago by chefs, farmers, and breeders, they set out to breed non-GMO seeds that, ultimately, result in the best tasting vegetables around. With flavor at the forefront, they’ve been behind many of the most exciting new squash, potato, cucumber, and tomato varieties we’ve experienced. To be able to connect Row 7 with farms and restaurants, is a dream, and one we’re constantly grateful to be a part of.
