This colorful cluster is a pink, red, purple and white radish bouquet. All varieties have a slight bite, are juicy and very crunchy. Rinse, lightly scrub off any dirt and slice raw for salads or a multicolored radish slaw. Present them raw and whole with sea salt and generously buttered Lithuanian Rye or sourdough bread. You can also braised sliced radishes and serve them aside chicken and fish. If the tops look fresh and healthy you can wash and toss in the salad bowl for a peppery bite.
