Originating in South America, these petite purple-red fingerling are grown in Wayland, N.Y. They have smooth, thin skin with flesh that is striated mulberry-pink. Red Chiles are sweet and nutty tasting with a creamy flesh that cooks up fluffy and stays pink when roasted or grilled.
