One of the earliest spring cantaloupe varieties to arrive from the California desert, Origami are special because they have a small seed cavity and virtually no rind which means a much higher flesh yield. Their interior is deep orange and brixes 14-16% - meaning they are extremely sweet for an early domestic spring melon. Origami are typically on the large side with a long shelf life.
