A head cabbage with looser, larger and more crinkly leaves than regular head cabbage. Savoy heads feel lighter in the hand and taste sweeter than other brassica. The pliable leaves are large and flexible enough for stuffing, and the crinkly texture makes this cabbage excellent for retaining sauces and dressings.
