About North Country Farms

Tucked into the Adirondack Mountains, North Country Farms built a traditional stone mill to process winter wheat into rustic, stone-ground flours. The region’s unique limestone geology and long, snow-covered winters produce an exceptionally toothsome, robust product.

Our mission is simple. We grow, make or source healthy and wholesome agricultural products within a 300 mile radius of our home and sell quality food in the same region.
