Located roughly 125 miles south of New York City, the farms of Vineland, New Jersey are incredibly fertile and the region is the growing area for some of the finest produce in the United States. New Jersey may be best known for their wonderful tomatoes and eggplants, however today the diversity of products coming out of Baldor’s network of family operated farms Is extraordinary .

In spring and early summer the asparagus, leeks and spinach are among the best to be found anywhere.  Then moving into the heart of summer those legendary Jersey tomatoes and plump purple eggplants are at their finest.  These products are picked in the morning and in our warehouse that night.
