About Mama Lil's

In 1992, Mama Lil’s began with Lil’s recipe for Hungarian Peppers in oil. Over the years we have added some amazing products, but our flagship peppers are still made with Lil’s original recipe. If you travel to the Abruzzo region of Italy, you’ll find variations of these peppers and aromatic oil used to transform simple ingredients into savory cuisine.

Mama Lil’s “Goathorn” Peppers field-ripen in the Yakima Valley to orange and red to build flavor, sweetness, and heat. All of our peppers and condiments are hand-prepared; you can simply open and add to your favorite dishes or enjoy straight from the jar.
