About La Trafila

We are La Trafila

La Trafila is a wholesale and retail fresh pasta business located in Gowanus, Brooklyn. It was established by Jiselle & Luigi Speranza in 2019 with the goal of providing customers with the highest quality & freshest pasta available. Our team has over 15 years of experience working in restaurants and mastering the art of pasta making in order to create a product made with skill, love & tradition.

Quality First

We know that ingredients are the most important part of a high quality product. We combine imported flour with local and regionally sourced ingredients to produce our pasta. Most importantly, all of our products are made the order, which ensures that they are as fresh as possible upon arriving to your kitchen, restaurant or store.

Wholesale Pricing, Small Batch Feel

From the dough to the fillings, we work directly with chefs to produce a pasta tailored to their specific needs. If there is something you would like and do not see, ask us. Our process does not end when the pasta leaves our shop. We have worked to provide the best storage and packaging solutions, which ensures that the pasta leaves our facility fresh and stays fresh right to the kitchen.

We have worked with La Trafila for the past 3 years and their fresh pasta has become a staple on our menu. It is refreshing to work with a wholesale supplier who can customize flavors and fillings to our specific needs. The stuffed gnocchi in particular has become a favorite at our Song' E Napule locations.
