Baldor BITE has never been your average food show. It’s an all-day celebration, featuring the world’s best food and the industry’s top talent. It’s a high-energy mashup of food show, culinary celebration, and creative playground—a dynamic meeting-of-the-minds that brings together chefs, growers, producers, innovators, and buyers to build bonds across the ever-evolving supply chain.

This year, we're reimagining the "Play With Your Food" theme and taking Baldor BITE to the boardwalk. Nothing embodies pure, unfiltered fun like summer at the boardwalk complete with Ferris wheels, arcades, neon lights, melting ice cream, cotton candy skies, and salty ocean air. It's nostalgia you can taste.

Think food-centric carnival games, over-the-top tastings, all-day, cocktails, and a hot dog eating contest. That's on top of all the fun you've come to expect at BITE, like free-flowing drinks, live butchering demos, and industry legends taking over the main stage. Best of all, endless tastings of the best bites available anywhere.

This is not your average food show. It's a full-day flavor escape. Join 2,500+ of the East Coast's top chefs and food pros, who will kick off their clogs and dive into an immersive eating experience with more than 200+ of our best-in-class growers, makers, and culinary rule-breakers.

We're flipping hospitality on its head and serving up a well-earned day out of the kitchen—full of good vibes, surprises and bite after bite after bite. Surf through the latest ingredients and walk away with your next menu obsessions. From funnel cake and foie gras to truffles and saltwater taffy, this is a vacay for your palate.

Baldor BITE 2026 will take place on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Basketball City at Pier 36 in New York City.

Doors will open at 10am and the show will conclude at 5pm.

There will be complimentary event Wi-Fi available at Baldor BITE. Keep an eye out for the signs on-site for login info. 

No, there will not be a coat check at the venue.

All Baldor BITE 2026 attendees must be over 18 years of age. Only attendees over 21 years of age may be permitted to consume alcohol at Baldor BITE 2026.

Registration cannot be transferred. Your co-worker is welcome to register using your business’ Customer ID number.

There is no on-site parking at Baldor BITE. You can find a list of nearby parking garages in the Getting Here section.

Active Baldor customers can register for free tickets to Baldor BITE using their Baldor Customer Number (formatted like CUXXX-XXXXXXXXXX, which can be found in your Baldor web account and on your invoices). If you would like to register your co-workers, you can do so by entering their information at the “Add Additional Registrants” step of registration.
