Chickweed has a bright, grassy flavor and sweetly succulent stems. Toss in salads, pile on a sandwich, puree into a pesto. It is more mild tasting than most wild weeds, and has a pleasantly crunchy texture. With their little blossom on top, chickweed froods makes a terrific microgreen-like garnish for finished dishes.
