Nepitella is a refreshing herb in the mint family that is a bit sweeter than peppermint and has a little hint of oregano. Though still uncommon here in the States, it's very popular in France and Italy - especially in Tuscany where it's cooked into dishes made with wild boar or Chianina beef. Use it to flavor poultry and roasts - you can even cook some into omelettes and mushroom dishes.
