They feature a flaky pie crust wrapped around a filling of shredded chicken breast meat in Buffalo sauce, along with diced celery and blue cheese. Founded in 1998 in Bridgeport, CT by CIA graduates David and Sonia Wells, Saugatuck Kitchens specializes in frozen hors doeuvres that are handmade and delicious. They're created in small batches by chefs, for chefs. Each of their recipes starts with the finest and freshest ingredients, and each morsel is filled and stuffed by hand.
