Pastificio Di Martino was founded in 1912 in Gragnano, the world capital of pasta. The business is run by Di Martino family, now in its 3rd generation. Their pasta's made with extra fine durum wheat, then extruded through bronze dies, and slowly dried for the best texture. Paccheri is a very large tube, originating in Campania. It's smooth, but its coarse texture encourages sauce to adhere.
