Whole Dill pickles produced in season from locally grown vegetables. Kool Gherks are Rick's aromatic take on the traditional Whole Dill Pickle. Crunch them whole or slice them up thin and serve with cheeses, charcuterie or with bread and butter. Rick's uses less salt than other picklers, the brine is even great for tasting.
