So, we’re obsessed with the Pasquale Jones menu.  Ryan Hardy and Tim Caspare somehow figured out how to edit their offerings down to an elemental list of equally delicious sounding dishes.  On one hand, this makes it really hard to choose dinner.  But, on the other hand, the menu is short enough that you can order the whole thing if you’re hungry and brave.  Like the food at Hardy’s other restaurant Charlie Bird, the dishes at Pasquale Jones rely on inventive uses of really, really good ingredients.  We’re honored that sometimes those ingredients come from Baldor.  Check out our homage to an order placed by the team at Pasquale Jones back in May.
