The Walk In: Alex Raij, Txikito

Full disclosure—we shot this order for Alex Raij’s beloved restaurant Txikito back in May.  Now that it’s getting cold and we’re approaching that ‘all root vegetables, all the time’ part of the year, we thought we would remind everyone that there’s light at the end of the long, dark, snowy tunnel.  There will be little gems and baby pink muscat grapes again.
