Shipping information & Restrictions

We at Baldor Specialty Foods always do our utmost to ship any and all products that we deem shippable, to your home or business. Unfortunately, it's not always possible to ship certain items due to there fragility and or perish-ability. Our select listings of products that are available over the internet are Guaranteed to arrive in the best possible condition to your home or office.

• We cannot ship outside the United States (at this time)
• We cannot ship to P.O. Box, APO's or FPO's
• Due to distance and transit times, all orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands must be sent at the 2 day Standard Express rate, and a $15.00 surcharge will be added per shipment address
• In certain areas there may be other restrictions. In these cases, a customer service representative will notify you before we will ship to explain these circumstances and the shipping options that are available (if any)
• We cannot assume responsibility in the event of inclement weather or natural disaster, it is possible that delivery by assigned courier may be restricted or impaired due to these events.
• We cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses that are provided by the customer. Also to damages to products on shipments were the customer has given us the authorization to instruct the courier to leave the shipment outside without the recipient's acknowledgement of receipt
• We do not deliver on Sundays or National Holidays
• Shipping costs for ground services are calculated by weight at .75 cents per pound. A minimum charge of $7.50 will be charged for all orders that are 10 lbs or less. Allow 5 to 10 business days for ground service. We cannot guarantee specific day delivery with ground service. Standard Express and Standard Overnight shipments are calculated at different rates.
• Shipping costs for Standard Express (2 Day) service is calculated by weight at 1.75 per pound. A minimum charge of $17.50 will be charged for all orders that are 10 lbs or less. We guarantee specific day delivery with Standard Express (2 day) service. For Standard Express (2 day) service that the specific delivery date per shipment address falls on a Saturday, a $10.00 surcharge will be added to each shipment address. Standard Overnight and Ground shipments are calculated at different rates.
• Shipping costs for Standard Overnight service are calculated by weight at 5.00 per pound. A minimum charge of $25.00 will be charged for all orders that are 5 lbs or less. We guarantee specific day delivery with Standard Overnight service. For Standard Overnight service that the specific delivery date per shipment address falls on a Saturday, a $10.00 surcharge will be added to each shipment address. Standard Express and Ground shipments are calculated at different rates.
• For Standard Express and Standard Overnight shipments, an order cut-off time of 2 pm Eastern Standard Time will be adhered too. Any orders placed after 2 pm EST will be processed immediately on the following business day. Standard Express orders placed on a Thursday will be subject to the Saturday Surcharge. Standard Overnight orders placed on a Friday will be subject to the Saturday surcharge
• Certain products that we ship because of the perish-ability of the product must go out either Standard Express or Standard Overnight service. These items will be noted at the time of order placement.
• Product prices and or shipping rates are subject to change without notice
• In the unlikely event that a product is received incorrectly, spoiled or a shortage is determined in the shipment, Baldorfood.com must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of said product issue, for a credit to be processed and or a re-shipment to be enacted.
