The Hudson Valley Regions 19th farm to get licenses to produce cheese. The team of Doug(Cheesemaker), Matt(farm owner, dreamer and Pampered Cow founder) and Dan(finance and reality check specialist) have been producing the newest cheese to come out of the Hudson Valley. Hudson Red, is a washed rind, soft to medium paste natural rinded cheese made from Raw Jersey Cows Milk. Production takes place in the retrofitted barn in Ghent, New York(top of the Taconik Parkway) which is now a state of the art creamery with a 140 gallon Dutch crafted cheese vat.
