Food Safety
Fresh Cuts are safer than what you normally produce in your own kitchen. Created in strict accordance with our HACCP accredited regulations and procedures in a refrigerated, sanitized "clean room" environment, this greatly reduces the opportunity for bacteria or pathogen contamination. Also, all of our Fresh Cut finished products are passed through either a metal or X-Ray detector so foreign objects are detected as small as 1.5 mm.
