FreshcutsFoodservice analysts agree that fresh-cut produce is one of the fastest-growing trends in the hospitality industry. The more we expand on our Fresh Cuts program the more we are convinced it has something to offer everyone working in every aspect of food service. Our selection now consists of some 600+ prepped items, from staples like diced carrots and peeled French shallots to radishes shaped like flowers.

We clean and chop all varieties of lettuce and gently shake them dry. This step ensures the leaves won't get bruised in the process.

All produce put through our Fresh Cuts system is washed before hand which means they are literally ready to place on the plate, or put in the pot.

Baldor's Fresh Cut processing plant is a HACCP certified accredited facility. This means our facility must conform to the most rigid of safety standards that are annually inspected by several third party agencies.
