Baldor's Culinary Council was started in 2008

 

Members of the Baldor Culinary Council comprise an advisory board of cooking professionals sponsored by Baldor to test new products and to provide their valuable feedback. Every few months the council receives a package of sample products to be tested and critiqued, exchanging ideas and recipes for using the products in exciting and innovative ways. Each quarter one of the Culinary Council chefs is featured in the Baldor's Marketeer magazine, along with their comments and a recipe featuring the product(s) they received.   

 

Member benefits are: chefs bio featured on the Baldor web site, free product samples, use of the Baldor, “state of the art” Culinary Stadium, a feature in the Baldors quarterly Marketeer, a Culinary Council welcome package and access to whatever resources Baldor has to offer.
