Urban Roots

The Urban Roots label represents those Baldor products that are packaged directly on domestic or overseas farms according to our specific regulations and specifications. Crops packaged under our Urban Roots label are never shipped to packing houses after harvest. They are trimmed and physically boxed by hand on the farm. The entire output is purchased by Baldor then shipped to us direct.

The benefits of buying an Urban Roots product are multitude:

• Urban Roots produce present beautifully to the retailer or chef. You open the crate to find neatly layered items, crisp and unblemished.
• Because we purchase the farm's entire harvest these products are priced significantly less than current market status

Fresh Cuts

Baldor Fresh Cuts is dedicated to cleaning and cutting freshest produce to order specifications set up by you the customer. Baldors Fresh Cuts is prepared from top-quality, farm-fresh produce. All produce is cut-to-order; (we never keep Fresh Cuts in inventory).

De La Terre

De La Terre (from the earth) is Baldor's line of Organic and all natural pre-packaged and food service packaged specialty products designed for retail & foodservice sales. The De La Terre brand includes the very best of each item in its genre. Potatoes, dried mushrooms, onions, shallots, herbs, spices, salads, sun dried tomatoes, baby vegetables, grilled vegetables, preserved vegetables and raisins-on-the-vine are all in the De La Terre catalog of products.

The Bon Campo name has a unique position in the world of specialty produce. The name itself is something special, a combination of French and Spanish, meaning "Good Country."
