Raclette Livradois

Racler means to scrape in French, and Raclette gets this particular name for its original way of eating it. Traditionally, a Raclette is melted over a fire and the soft cheese scraped onto a plate. Savored on cold winter evening in front of a fire, in the summer over an open campfire or grill, melted over potatoes or a bread, the Raclette is always a gastronomic experience.
