Mushrooms are big at Baldor. We carry at least fifteen fresh varieties at any given time, not to mention the 8 types of dried mushrooms always in stock. When in season, the Pacific Northwest is one of our most prolific sources of morels, hedgehog and chantarelles and we look to Europe or South Africa for reliable supplies of porcini, black trumpet, lobster, bluefoot and more.
