Our Fresh Cuts division occupies a quadrant of our entire warehouse space and is fully HAACP certified. We keep no Fresh Cuts in inventory (as everything is cut to order) but have over 400 cut items to choose from. There are Fresh Cuts for food service and Fresh Cuts packaged for retail sale. Choose from our extensive array of sliced, diced, shredded, julienne or snipped items. We offer washed and dried salads, peeled garlic, shallots, pearl onions and beets. Look to Baldor’s Fresh Cuts for fruit salads, florets, and crudités. You’ll find decorative shapes such as radish “flowers”, potato “hearts”, zucchini “pearls” and carrot “coins”. Just about any fresh fruit or vegetable can be put through Baldor’s Fresh Cut mill and emerge to your exact specification.
All Fresh Cuts products are delivered within 24 hours and the cold chain is scrupulously maintained right through the moment of delivery.
