Cauliflower Baby Green

Baby green cauliflower resembles the larger regular cauliflower except for its color. Smaller and easier to handle, this small version of the vintage cauliflower vegetable only measures about two to four inches in diameter. Nestled in firm-textured edible green leaves, the cauliflower's curd, or head, is made up of thick tightly packed clusters of flower buds. Baby cauliflower heads are referred to as "buttons". The flavor of this tender and pretty baby vegetable is similar to mature cauliflower.
