Although referred to as white cherries, Raniers are actually yellow-white with pink blushing. The flesh is pearly, juicy and ultra-sweet with no acidic counterpoint whatsoever. These are grown on the enormously popular family run farm in the heart of Bakersfield, California. Raniers are super-delicate and very perishable so should be served right away. Wash only right before using.
